Refund policy

Returns

Given that coffee is a perishable good, we do not accept returns. Your experience is top priority and we would love to hear from you if you are not pleased with your purchase. Please email us at hello@thecuppabrew.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number. We will work with you to make things right.

Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to replace your item, send us an email at hello@thecuppabrew.com along with the order number, explanation and photo of the damage. Please do not send your purchased item back to CuppaBrew.

Refund

Refunds can be extended to customers who received substantially damaged products that cannot be replaced. To complete a refund, we require your order number along with an explanation and photo of the damage. Send all items via email to hello@thecuppabrew.com.

Upon approval of your refund request, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
